By accessing and using Premium Foods Korea's B2B wholesale platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Eligibility

Our Service is available only to registered businesses operating in South Korea. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a legally registered business entity
• You have the authority to enter into this agreement
• You will provide accurate business information during registration
• You will maintain current and accurate account information

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must register an account and provide accurate information about your business. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Orders and Payments

All orders placed through our platform are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Account standing issues

Payment terms are as specified during checkout. All prices are in Korean Won (KRW) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

5. Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the specified timeframe. However, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Products may be returned or exchanged subject to our return policy. Perishable goods have specific return conditions. Please contact customer service for return authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Seoul, South Korea.
